Key Points at a Glance
From the date of purchase or acquisition of credit provided by our partners, you have the option to use the printing and shipping service within 24 (twenty-four) months. After this period, the credit will be automatically deducted from your overall availability in your user profile without any prior notice.
We rely on various shipping systems, and as a physical postcard travels the world, some delivery time is necessary. Please keep this in mind if you want them to arrive on time for a special occasion.
- Italy and EU: 5 to 7 working days
- United States and Brazil: within 7 working days
- Rest of the world: within 15 working days
The delivery times are considered "indicative" and communicated as "average" by the shipping carriers. Emotion s.r.l. is responsible only for the printing and packaging service, delegating the sorting and/or delivery to third-party operators. The user, in case of using the application and the service, releases Emotion s.r.l from any liability for non-delivery, failure to complete the service, loss, total or partial damage/tampering of the sent postcard. In the event of a dispute, Emotion s.r.l. may be liable only for refunding the amount paid by the customer.
